Gyasi C. Chisley

Gyasi C. Chisley, MHA, MBA, PMP, FACHE, serves as the CEO for Methodist Healthcare North and Senior Vice President for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, TN. Chisley leads thousands of Associates, an aligned and contracted Medical Staff, and a thriving market within the northern communities of the greater Memphis region.

Chisley is an accomplished executive with over 18 years of hospital/fiscal operations experience with a sound background in ambulatory services, academic medicine, consulting, and federally qualified healthcare centers. Prior to joining Mercy Health, Gyasi served as VP and COO, UC Health University Medical Center; Corporate Director, Business Development/Org Effectiveness, Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati; Executive Director, Business Development, ARAMARK Healthcare in Chicago, IL; and Budget Manager, Fiscal Operations for Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Chisley’s extensive background has allowed him to experience many regions throughout the United States including Chicago, New York, Miami, Atlanta, and Detroit, but he maintains a strong affinity for his hometown, Milwaukee, WI.

Kayla Brooks

Kayla Brooks is a Network Facilitator for Seeding Success, a local non-profit in Memphis, TN. Brooks has spent time in Uganda with the Nyaka AIDS Foundation evaluating how improving conditions of families affects education outcomes for their children. Most recently, Brooks worked as Partnership Development Manager for Literacy Mid-South. In this role, she developed relationships with organizations focused on education and worked to provide them with resources and training in an effort to help them better serve their populations. Brooks is a former member of the Youth United Way Program. During her 6 years with YUW she served a Community Service Chair, an Executive Board Member, and program Chair for 2 years. She is a Memphis native with a passion for serving others and is truly interested in transforming her community.

Angelique Gray

Angelique Gray is a Vice President and Community Reinvestment Act Analyst for First Tennessee Bank.  She has been working for First Tennessee for 5 years with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry.  She has been involved with several community groups and enjoys helping others, including delivering food baskets to seniors through the Manna Outreach program through her church.  Financial literacy is one way she hopes to make a difference.  She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church where she also assists with the children’s ministry.

Felicia Orr

Felicia Orr is the Southwest Outreach Specialist for the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation (TSAC). Orr has worked in higher education for 13 years, with 8 of those years working specifically with financial aid at the state level.As an Outreach Specialist for the Southwest region, Orr is responsible for communicating the various eligibility requirements and program changes associated with the Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship program, as well as providing training to counselors and administrators at both secondary and post-secondary institutions on the state’s informational system, e*GRands. Orr currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Davis YMCA and on the Memphis Advisory Council for Citizens with Disabilities Education and Employment Committee. Orr is also a member of several professional organizations including the Tennessee Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, Tennessee Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, and Tennessee College Access and Success Network.
