United Way of the Mid-South will host community conversations in collaboration with the White House Council for Community Solutions’ work

United Way of the Mid-South is one of 25 United Way organizations working to host community conversations later this year in collaboration with a call to action by the White House Council for Community Solutions. This important effort focuses on learning more about the challenges everyday people and leaders in communities see in connecting young people and adults ages 18 thru 24 to opportunities for a good life.

25 United Way organizations - including United Way of the Mid-South - are working to host community conversations as part of the White House Council for Community Solutions' work to gather data related to quality of life issues for children and young adults

These community conversations are also part of a United Way network-wide effort to learn more about what people see as the challenges in our communities to opportunities for a good quality of life. United Ways will use what is learned to galvanize leaders across sectors to action.
