Jordan recently graduated from Memphis University School, and his term as Youth United Way Chairman is ending. He will attend Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA this fall on an academic scholarship. He also plans to play on the Morehouse golf team.

Clint Anderson, Director of Youth United Way, shared how he met Jordan during the board meeting: “One Saturday morning in the Fall of 2008, I met Clifton at a workshop on youth civic engagement at East High School. After my speech, Clifton requested my business card and stated he was interested in learning more about Youth United Way. He became a member, and he eventually became chairman.”

“I am very proud to have played a small part in Clifton’s maturation process. He has truly been a great example of what Youth United Way is all about. His leadership will be missed!” Anderson said.

United Way of the Mid-South wishes Jordan (and all our graduating Youth United Way students) continued success in their studies and work for our community.
