Blue Angles with UW's Bryce Haugsdahl & MOSD

The Blue Angels will perform as part of the FedEx Air Show in September, helping United Way. Members of the Blue Angles team are pictured with Bryce Haugsdahl, United Way President (black jacket, blue shirt) and staff with children from Memphis Oral School for the Deaf.

The Blue Angels will perform as part of The Memphis Airshow on September 17 & 18, helping United Way and some of our partner agencies helping children succeed (Madonna Learning Center, Memphis Oral School for the Deaf, and Boy Scouts of America, Chickasaw Council).

A team of dedicated volunteers met last Saturday to continue planning for The Memphis Airshow at Madonna Learning Center in Germantown, TN. In addition to the world-famous Blue Angles team, over 10 other aerobatics teams are tentatively scheduled to perform at the event. There are also plans for displays of warbirds, historic aircraft, supersonic fighters, heavy jets, and helicopters.

The Memphis Airshow will be held at Millington Regional Jetport in Millington, TN. Organizers are very pleased with the location since it allows performers to thrill the crowd with a minimum of visual interference.

The Memphis Airshow is a nonprofit organization. To learn more about plans for the
