Memphis City Schools and Community Partners Collaboration

School officials and nonprofits are working together to increase student success in Memphis.

A second meeting between Memphis City Schools and community partners from nonprofit organizations will take place on Wednesday, November 17 beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 1:30 p.m. at The Fogelman Executive Conference Center, 330 Deloach St.

The meeting is focused on impacting education for local students in ways that increase the likelihood of graduation and reaching other measures of success.

The first meeting produced many shared strategies for improving student success. Participants discussed the need for greater strategic communication, and this second meeting promises additional planning, insights and revelations.
