The Heights neighborhood in Memphis, TN celebrated its newest addition to the community, United Way of the Mid-South, during Saturday’s Trunk or Treat on Tillman Street” Fall Festival at 1005 Tillman Street last Satuday. Originally scheduled to be an outdoor event, it had to be moved indoors due to rain. Roughly 500 people attended the event.

Children enjoyed candy giveaways (of course), face painting, bean bag toss games, pumpkin painting and decorating, inflatable bounce houses, tasty hot dogs and hamburgers, and music with a local deejay.

Thanks to all the volunteers who participated in this event. Volunteers included students from Douglass and Treadwell high schools, Youth United Way, and local volunteers who joined via our special partnership with Volunteer Memphis.
