Get a FREE Donorschoose.org gift card so you can support a Memphis City Schools teacher project with $25.00 of funding

Thanks to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Donorschoose.org group gives you a gift card so you can provide $25.00 worth of funding for a classroom project of your choice – without spending a dime of your own money!

The program (which ends April 1, 2011) gives you the opportunity to help fund Memphis City Schools teachers projects and show the Gates Foundation how our community supports education. All that is needed is a little of your time. United Way of the Mid-South has been given a supply of Donorschoose.org gift cards in the amount of $25 each.  These cards can only be used to support a Memphis City Schools Teacher project. Visit www.donorschoose.org/memphis2011 for a complete set of details about qualifying projects.

If you would like a free gift card loaded with $25.00 of Donorschoose.org credits to support a qualifying Memphis City Schools project, please contact Tehrian Martin, Tehrian.Martin@uwmidsouth.org, 433-4330 and let us know the best way to get the cards to you. Some limitations apply. It’s a convenient way that you can help impact education in Memphis! Thank you for supporting quality education efforts in Memphis City Schools.
