United Way of the Mid-South constantly seeks input from nonprofit sector thought leaders in our work to improve people’s lives by mobilizing community resources to impact education, financial stability and health.

United Way Worldwide’s Director of Field Capacity Building, Eric Glaser, visited Memphis late last week for a series of discussions with United Way of the Mid-South staff.

Glaser led meetings with our local United Way’s senior staff leadership team and Community Impact department, facilitating conversations around topics such as outcome measurements, value propositions, preparing for change, organizational development and other subjects that are connected to United Way’s every day work and continuing strategic plan discussions.

His insights and ideas helped create conversations among staff about United Way’s role to drive positive changes in our community, while simultaneously adapting to changes in the world and nonprofit sector.
