Day of Caring morning kickoff rally will feature action, exercise, entertainment!

TSUbandThis year’s Day of Caring kickoff rally on Friday, September 12 at 8:00 a.m. at the Salvation Army Kroc Center will be a high-energy event!

You’ve heard Rick Trotter’s voice at the FedEx Forum announcing for our Memphis Grizzlies, and he is serving as our MC for a morning designed to “get your motor going” for a day of volunteerism across the Mid-South. In addition, we’re thrilled to have the Tennessee State University band with us, and the fantastic acrobatics of the Beale Street Flippers! We’ll close out the morning with a light workout from Zumba instructors before beginning work at nonprofit agencies across the Mid-South.

We’ve received notice that parking may require extra time, so be sure to arrive early and be ready to walk (consider it a healthy morning stroll on your way to helping the Mid-South).

You won’t want to miss it!
