United Way of the Mid-South, in partnership with The Assisi Foundation of Memphis Inc., is offering professional development scholarships to nonprofit organizations.
The creation of the Nonprofit Education and Training Scholarship Fund is made possible through action by the governing Boards of both organizatons and the United Way Avron B. Fogelman Venture Fund. This scholarship was created in response to requests from nonprofit community organizations for opportunities for ongoing training and education for their boards of directors and nonprofit staff. All funding decisions are made by an independent team of community volunteers.
