What's going on?: Employee Campaign Leader's Training is United Way's primary meeting to bring campaign volunteers from across our community together to learn the "best practices" for running a United Way fundraising drive at your workplace.
This meeting teaches you how to analyze previous campaigns, boost involvement from your workplace's leadership and build a great team of fellow co-workers to increase your success.
As a leader in your workplace's United Way campaign, you will develop stronger leadership skills, be more visible in your organization, gain greater organization abilities, create and implement creative strategies to publicize the fundraising drive, and be a key component in educating your coworkers about our community's needs and resources.
