2008 Youth United Way Christmas Shoeboxes

Youth United Way delivers Christmas Shoeboxes to Georgia Avenue Elementary(MEMPHIS, TN) On Wednesday afternoon, December 17, 2008 students participating in the Youth United Way leadership program experienced the joy of giving when they distributed over 300 shoeboxes stuffed with toys, school supplies, dolls and personal hygiene items to Pre-K-Kindergarteners and First Grade students at Georgia Avenue Elementary School.

This is Youth United Way's seventh year to share donated items with a deserving school in Memphis, TN. All items were donated by students participating in the Youth United Way leadership program, and their parents and relatives.
