Rudy Gay from the Memphis Grizzlies teams up with Youth United Way for a financial program

A FREE workshop next week for youth, teens and parents is helping people gain greater financial knowledge for stronger personal financial stability.

NBA Memphis Grizzlies basketball star Rudy Gay & the Youth United Way Leadership Program present the “MANAGE YOUR MONEY – LIVE YOUR DREAMS” financial literacy workshop, Tuesday, November 9th 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at The University Theater at Christian Brothers University, 650 East Parkway South (Enter from Central Avenue).

This FREE workshop is for youth and teens (ages 10-18) who want to better manage their money and reach their dreams. As a youth or a teen, it is never too early to learn how to spend and save toward a better future. This workshop provides simple strategies on “what to do” or “what not to do” for successful financial stability. NBA Memphis Grizzlies player Rudy Gay will stop by to share his personal philosophy on saving as a successful athlete in the NBA.

The event is sponsored by the Memphis Grizzlies NBA Club, Christian Brothers University, and the Youth United Way Leadership Program
